The location incredible and comfortable within walking distance of Ypres town centre. Also - not far from the Menin Gate, quiet area and central Ieper. Units for access to the grand soaker tub. Bonus point for an electric kettle, a microwave oven and central heating.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to nearby landmarks and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.
The stairs in the hotel were quite steep and narrow, making it difficult for those with mobility issues to navigate. Additionally, the directions provided to the hotel were confusing and hard to follow, due to the complex street patterns in the area.

The host, Paul, was incredibly accommodating and made sure I felt settled in before giving me the privacy I needed. The accommodation itself was top quality, with top-notch towels and bedding that made me feel like I was in a luxury hotel. Additionally, I was thrilled to have secure parking for my motorcycle and even had the option to enjoy some delicious Belgian beer upon my arrival. The location of the B&B was perfect for exploring the Flanders area, with easy access to the Great War sites and the center of Ypres. Paul even provided me with a map and directions, which made navigating the area a breeze. We were disappointed that our room didn't have an en suite bathroom and that it was a bit far from the center. However, the overall experience at Chez Paul was great. The property was very quiet and clean, providing a peaceful stay. The hosts, Paul and Ann, were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help me when I fell ill. They even accompanied me to the doctor and translated for me. The location of the bed and breakfast was ideal for visiting the Flanders area and exploring the Great War sites. Our room, though smaller, was cozy and had comfortable beds. The fully equipped kitchen and living room were a nice addition. The only slight drawback was not having instructions for the TV remote control. I highly recommend Chez Paul for a delightful stay in Ieper.
